Health data is special-category personal data and is processed only with your EXPLICIT CONSENT, for the purpose of evaluation. Consent is not a condition of service; you may also reach us via WhatsApp or phone without using the form. • Cookies: traffic analytics and ad measurement (details: Cookie Policy). Purpose and legal basis: responding to your request, evaluating your images and communicating with you (Turkish KVKK arts. 5-6; explicit consent for health data / GDPR arts. 6 and 9(2)(a)). Retention: data is kept as long as necessary for the purpose and deleted upon your request. Transfers: images are not shared with third parties beyond the evaluation; hosting providers may access data only to the extent technically required.
