Dr. Özgür AKŞAN
Neurosurgeon and Spine Surgeon
In 2007, he completed his specialization in the Department of Neurosurgery at Izmir Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Medicine and became a specialist in Neurosurgery (Brain and Nerve Surgery). Afterwards, he completed his mandatory service in the city of Mus, where he served as Assistant Chief at the Mus State Hospital, was responsible for intensive care units, and performed surgeries such as microsurgery for lumbar and cervical hernias, and laser nucleoplasty for lumbar hernias. He also worked for one year in the Brain and Nerve Surgery Department at the Eskisehir Air Hospital. Between 2010 and 2016, he worked at the Izmir Tinaztepe Hospital. Currently, he provides services at his private clinic in Alsancak.
