How To Get an Assessment From Our Doctors?
Patients can contact us through multiple means. There are contact and inquiry forms embedded to our website (as can be seen above) as well as WhatsApp and Direct Message services on lower left and lower right handside of the screen. Patients can also mail us on: drozguraksantu[email protected]
To be able to make a healthy assessment for each patient’s case, our doctors need to know:
- the problems/symptoms patient is experiencing
- for how long they have been experiencing it
- age / sex / height / weight / occupation / overall health / medication use / surgery and medical history / rate of daily physical activity of the patient
If patients have seen a doctor previously, if they have received any diagnosis and had reports and/or scans available to them, sharing these informations would be crucial as well. Patients can send their reports and scans via the abovementioned means but for their MRI, CT or PET scans that are on CD, patients can use our own radiology image upload website to directly upload their scans to our assessment database. How to upload the scans is explained in this video.
Once our surgeons have all the necessary information, they will be making their assessment and our team will be informing the patient about it. It is also possible for patients to inquiry for a video consultation to have a face to face conversation. Afterwards, a treatment plan will be tailored with the attendance of both the surgeons and the patient. This will be a rough treatment plan and rough pricing based on the remote consultation. Patients should keep in mind the final decisions are always subject to the physical examinations that will be perfomed in the clinic and hospital .
